3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout.

4. Orders & Confirmation

An order confirmation sent to your email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, for example in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. You will be notified and refunded in full if your order is cancelled by us.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU)

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, provided the product is unused and in its original condition. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Swedish and EU law, Sleepdeep is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Store.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Swedish courts. As an EU consumer, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
