14-Day Right of Return
We offer a 14-day return period in accordance with EU consumer law. You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at deepsleep.net@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
